How to cancel Candy AI subscription, step by step

The last episode of the series fades out and the screen goes quiet. You are done with this story, and you suddenly remember the plan renews itself. You would like to switch that off tonight, before it turns into a surprise on your statement.

Candy's plans page says you can "cancel subscription at any time in settings". Here is the general route. Candy can rearrange its menus, so we are not quoting exact button names beyond "settings".

1. Go to candy.ai in your browser. Type the address yourself. Our Candy AI login guide explains how to avoid lookalike sites.
2. Log in with the account you used to subscribe.
3. Open your account or profile menu and go to settings.
4. Find the subscription or billing area and choose the option to cancel.
5. Confirm, then look for an on-screen confirmation. Keep a screenshot and any confirmation email.
6. Come back later and check that the settings page no longer shows an active renewal.

Candy runs in the browser, so a phone browser or a home-screen shortcut works the same way as a laptop.

What happens after you cancel?

The point of cancelling is to stop the next charge. Candy states that its plans renew automatically for the same price and term, so a 1-month plan renews monthly and a 12-month plan renews yearly. Stopping the renewal ends that cycle.

Check your date, not just your plan

We have not seen Candy spell out whether Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Your settings page should show the relevant date, so look there instead of assuming. If you are on the annual plan, which is billed $47.88 per year at the time of writing (October 2026), that date matters more than it does on a monthly plan.

Cancel before the renewal date

If you want to be sure of avoiding another charge, cancel a few days before the date your plan renews. A reminder on your phone costs nothing.

What happens to the episodes I unlocked?

Independent reviewers report that unlocked Shorts episodes stay unlocked on your account, and that there are no downloads. We have not verified whether you can keep watching them after Premium ends, because Candy does not spell it out in the pages we checked.

That leaves a simple plan. Watch the series you care about before your plan ends, and do not assume you will be able to rewatch later. Episodes 1 and 2 of every regular series are reported to be free with a free account, so the early episodes remain a safe place to return to either way.

Why is there an EverAI charge on my statement?

Candy AI is operated by EverAI Limited, a company registered in Malta. Card charges show as "EverAI" on bank statements, so an "EverAI" line after you subscribed is expected, not a sign of a billing error.

If you do not recognize the charge, run through this list:

• Search your inbox for a receipt or welcome email from Candy AI.
• Ask anyone who shares your card or device.
• Check whether a plan renewed automatically from an earlier sign-up. Candy plans renew until cancelled.
• Remember that additional local taxes may apply, so the amount can differ slightly from the headline price.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

We cannot promise one. Refunds are a matter for Candy's own policies, so start with the Terms of Service and the Complaint Policy, both published on candy.ai. The Help Center and the Contact Us page are the places to ask.

A short, specific message tends to be easier to act on. Include:

• The email address on your account
• The date and amount of the charge
• That the charge appears as "EverAI"
• What you are asking for, in one sentence

If a charge is one you do not recognize at all, your card issuer can also help, though it is worth trying Candy first.

Is there a cheaper option than cancelling outright?

If $13.99 a month is what is pushing you out, the plan price may be the problem, not the service. At the time of writing (October 2026), Candy listed these prices:

• 12 months: $3.99 a month, billed $47.88 per year
• 3 months: $8.99 a month, billed $26.97 per quarter
• 1 month: $9.99 for the first month, then $13.99 a month

Who can I contact if cancelling does not work?

Candy lists a Help Center, a Contact Us page and a Discord community. Use the links on candy.ai itself, not a search result, so you land in the right place.

If you cannot find the cancel option

• Confirm you are logged in with the account that holds the subscription, not a second email.
• Try a different browser or a private window.
• If you subscribed on a site that was not candy.ai, contact whoever billed you, and consider speaking to your card issuer.

One firm rule: never hand your password or card details to anyone offering to cancel for you.
